debra stephenson work out dvd
1 of 1 found this helpful im a working mum of one child never had time to do work outs and just thought all work out dvds were just rubish but this one is so different it really does work i have been doing the work outs for about a week now and can feel the difference.
you can choose what part of the body you want to work on,i tend to do arms and back one day then legs and bum the other day just because it does make your body ache and having kids and working it doesnt help so i find this the better way.
debra is so good in this she is just like me and you says when it hurts and she cant do more this dvd doesnt push its all done in own pace 10/10
