Better than handheld for DSLR videography!
I don't know if other reviewers were using this for video or still photography but for shooting video with a DSLR it certainly provided a smoother result than if it was being simply handheld. It may take a little getting used to but once I'd gotten the hang of it I was very satisfied with the results.

Noisy and Useless
0 of 2 found this helpful We bought this heater because it had a Medium setting, as most only have High and Low, so we could use it in tandem with a second heater positioned across the room. The idea being to spread the heat out instead of it being concentrated in one spot. Aside from being especially noisy this heater proved to be absolutely ineffectual and produced little discernible heat. Perhaps it works better on High but we didn't bother to find out since, even if it did, it was still unacceptably noisy. Not Recommended.

Perfect product for the job
Well made and functions exactly as it should and as expected. No complaints at all.
