Unfortunately, the reality was far from that. Upon receiving the device, I immediately noticed multiple small scratches and chips on the screen—some of them quite deep and clearly visible even under normal lighting. These imperfections were not mentioned.

Not as shown in picture
4 of 5 found this helpful Does not have the top cutouts as shown. Only cut out is just for speaker, none for front camera. Proximity sensor is covered, phone stays black and cannot end call or access dialpad.

Great product
Sets up easily. Works well with the app, Ezviz suite and streams to my local nvr which was the main reason I selected versus other cloud only devices.
