Terrible.
0 of 1 found this helpful The shock part of the system barely works! On occasions it may send a shock, I can hold the collar at 99 level and 1 in 15 presses of the button MAY receive a shock. Very in happy.

The description is not true.
The lock states its universal, yet it will not fit ifor Williams hitches, the bolts on the hitch are to wide for lock and the handle does not with the gap.

Dreadful build quality
This is the worse 5hing I have ever bought off eBay. The quality is shocking and the speaker is not good enough for the sound. It crackles and muffled the sound, when it works.... the volume drops with no reason so you can barely hear anything most if the time.
