Valerian & The City of A Thousand Planets Big Sleeve Edition 3D 2D Blu-ray & DVD
    13 Feb, 2019
    I liked it
Well it doesn’t come with a digital copy, but it doesn’t say it does so that wasn’t expected. It’s cheaper than buying it on a standard Blu-Ray case, if you can live without the digital copy. It’s better for the environment because no plastic case. The only problem is if you don’t have a vinyl collection, where do you put it? The film....very visual. I enjoyed it, I liked the 3D.
Bad Times At The El Royale (4K Ultra HD) Jeff Bridges, Cynthia Erivo

    It was a nice change
Considering it is a 4K Ultra HD at this price level, there is a lot of bang for your buck. While I haven't watched the item I purchased I did previously watch the film on a standard Blu-Ray. It was a little different, but had nice movements, use of sounds and images, and it did keep me guessing to the end. I suppose since I know how it ends there is no reason to watch it again, but one day when I have my 4K Ultra HD TV and player, with HDR10+, I hope that it shines as much as the professional reviewers say it does. Not a film for the kiddies though.
    Love 3D: Sex, Erotic and Passion - Volume 1 - Blu-ray - New - Sealed

    Fairly Mediocre
I didn't enter into this thinking I was watching a modern masterpiece, having read various reviews, I was more interested in how good or bad it was. I found it to be titillating but not as interactive as I hoped, you just have a menu and you can play all the clips or just click on one and then go back to the menu to click another, hardly a day in the life. The music was bland and not entertaining. The model was quiet and had had cosmetic enhancements. I won't be watching it everyday, but it's interesting to see what other people think the general public might want to watch. I liked the 3D, certain moments being better than others, and as with all 3D better on a bigger screen - then you could even have her lifesize. The choice of things to do wasn't that great, but it was more for show rather than seeing Uncle Fred shout, "We've run out of toothpaste." Unfortunately all three volumes weren't available (as one collection), and at 8 quid each it seems perhaps a little steep for the 2 channel audio and how long it lasts, I might have thought it was worth 4 or 5 at the most. I wasn't expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised, but it could have been so much more.
