  Arrived very quickly and packaged very well. I did leave a note to the seller and he got back so quickly and communicated to even when he actually shipped the item. This may be the last shampooer I buy--I'm so use to this brand and model that I want no other. With our hard water I don't want the drying feature. Price was a deal breaker. Great seller!
