  Deeply unpleasant. Sunglasses purchased relying on seller's 100% feedback & the listed description of 'pristine', yet arrived with repulsive deposits around the edges - which he dismissed in messaging as being "normal" - plus a (small) scratch. Immediately accused me of making the scratch & took an increasingly aggressive stance when I requested a refund. Accused me of scamming (unclear how buyer is scammer) and even took time to send a spiteful little message after eBay found in my favour.

  No scratches on the lenses when posted and perfectly packaged. The buyer confirmed that he had taken the lenses out of the frames and that there were marks at the edges of the lenses that you don't see when the lenses are in situ - they were used! He was looking for an opportunity to request a partial refund. I paid for him to return them to me and gave him a full refund, even of his postage! Funnily enough I resold the Oakleys and the next purchaser was delighted with the glasses - says it all!
