No more intrusions
I don't use a mobile for much apart from mobile phone stuff.
I don't get tons of add or product placement now and infuriating google assistant is gone.
And I've found I spend much less time peering at a screen than I did before.
Still have a few apps I used before but I must admit this is better for me.
