Poor quality connectors

A nice aluminium pole gives an appearance of quality to the item, but that's where it ends, the cheap and poor quality water connectors ruin it entirely. The hose connectors work loose and leak or fall apart resulting in water gushing down on the user. The product looks good in comparison to others but in reality is a major disappointment and not a successful purchase.
