New Blue Chip chisel
The face of the chisel has very fine striations, so it is fairly easy to hone to a sharp edge, compared to Stanley 150 series and generics. Some people say the current production made in China does not have the quality of previous models made in Sheffield, England. This one is chrome vanadium steel, which is also high carbon tool steel. I have two of the older chisels made in England, and I can't tell any difference in use. The handle is a little larger.
