Brand New Sealed Fitbit Charge 2 Heart Rate Fitness Activity Tracker

Doesn't work!

I have tried to synch this Fitbit with two different phones and two different accounts to no avail. I researched and did all synch steps according to Fitbit manual, online help, etc. The Fitbit turns on and resets but will not synch.
