Hold out for better

The customer service is excellent, and ia not in question here. However, Everything about this saw is cheap. All of the thumb screws for locking things into place are almost a one-time use. The threads are ready to give up on everything, such poor metal quality, nothing is meant to last on this machine. The instructions may as well go into the bin. Tiny low low quality black and.white close up pictures of directions make impossible to understand. It even says after unboxing , that I should check the machine's calibration with set square!(not provided of course) why should I?? It's brand new it should be correctly made! The cuts have to be made very carefully to ensure they are anywhere near precision..and the laser..well its hardly a blinding light. Ive been generous at two stars as it is a saw and it can cut stuff

Its ok

Its loud, its pure treble. And distorts at 95% volume badly. I have a cube speaker £8 and.destroys this on every level of quality and output.

A miracle and a prayer

You'll need a miracle or very good luck to fit this successfully. I'm a builder....only 3 out of the 8 fixing bolts worked , the others jammed up after a few turns. This means I have 8 huge sleeved bolts rammed into my wall that can be removed without chiselling the wall to bits. Also I have no way to use the product, The only positive I can come up with I'm a time served plasterer.
