After agreeing to sell the item at a reduced price, they lowered the public bidding price instead of offering a 'Buy It Now' option, allowing others to outbid me. Despite paying £5 for postage, they overcharged, claiming the excess was for driving to the post office. When I thanked them for accepting first-class postage, they cancelled the order. Their 95% eBay rating reflects poor customer service. The process felt unreliable and misleading.
