Nice, light weight, nice fret board feel, good sound thru PA
Had been playing an Epiphone CE for awhile, but hoped for nicer sound through PA live. Picked up this guitar used on Ebay. Put on new strings, new battery, played it for a week, then performed a live set at the local biker church. Guitar sounded great through the PA, felt good, nice and light, good fretboard feel, and just enough clearance on the high E side that my hand does not mute the strings... I've had to side line a Martin x series because of the string muting from hand proximity on the high E side, this guitar does not have that issue; nice electrics, EQ works well; built in tuner very effective as well; overall a very nice playing, sounding, light weight electric acoustic, feels pretty good even after playing Gibson SG's for decades; I hope to get a lot of good years of playing out of this one.

2008 Grand Caravan has MANY features not available from GM minivans, nice!
We had just weeks to replace my wife's reliable and much revered but wrecked Chevy Venture minivan... (2003 with just over 99,000 miles) Much internet research and visits to local car dealers did not turn up a comparable replacement, so we started looking at upgrades. Much to our dismay we found Chevy doesn't even BUILD a minivan anymore!!! Even the latest Ventures and Uplanders didn't meet her desires, so I started looking outside the box (as a Chevy guy for 40 years who still drives his 3rd car, a 1980 El Camino with 280,000 and still going strong, I don't look at non Chevy products much) So we spent a lot of late nights on Cars.com com, Ebay and local dealer websites searching and comparing... Her rental cars included a 2013 Town and Country and a 2012 Grand Caravan, and the list of options for both was impressive. To find a full length minivan with electric side doors AND windows, elec vent windows, premium sound, decent gas mileage, good all around ratings, Stow-n-go seating (became Must Have after the rentals!) elec seats, overhead stowage, DC-AC inverter built in, it all came down to finding a late model Dodge Caravan or T&C. Target models 2008-2010 for under $12000! I made a lot of offers and bid on some carefully selected models on Ebay... and won 2 auctions on Ebay, oops. I had to turn down a 2010 for $12k because my wife didn't like the scuffs on the wheel wells, so we took the 2008 (67k miles) for $11k, flew to Alabama to pick it up and drove non-stop back to Norfolk with no issues, except gas mileage at 70mph (24) was not as good as the old Chevy Venture (27). Oh well. Performace was very nice, steering good, suspension and handling very good, braking very good, 7 speaker stereo system very good (NOT as good as Chevy's Delco Bose system, but good at anything below the upper volume range). After 6 weeks and almost 3000 miles the Grand Caravan has proved to be very reliable, easy to drive, the odd dashmount vertical gearshift has gotten more ordinary, driving computer is very nice to have, shopping trips are easier with the Stow-n-go seating, don't know how we lived without THAT feature before! My wife drives a carpool for her department and the extra seats come in VERY handy. All of her car poolees enjoy the ride and complement her choice...:) The van even drove very well in a recent snow, with 2 inches of snow/ice on the roads. (My overpowered RWD manual clutch 4 speed El Camino was slip sliding all over the place!) Only 1 issue at all has cropped up, a 'low window washer fluid' message occurs on startup when the washer reservior is 'full', so will have to figure that one out. Fixing to do a first oil change, we'll see how that works out. Since buying the 2008, I had a 'second chance offer' for a similar lower mileage 2010 model from a dealer to the north (for $500 less!!!) , but we're already settled with our 2008. Got some window wind deflectors to install, will have to mount a hood deflector as well as road gravel does tend to put tiny nicks in the painted hood. Only time will tell what kind of long term investment we've made, but so far my wife is pleased, and that works very well for me.

Been using this brand of oil for its price and ratings for over 20 years now in all vehicles, cars, trucks, motorcycles, following the 3000 mile oil change routine. Never any noticable engine wear; Never an oil related breakdown;
