Allegedly "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging." In fact, the charger , bearing a manufacturer's date stamp from June of last year, had been resealed in a damaged original outer box, with all internal packaging missing, and it appears to have been used at least once. It seems to work, though, and it was a few quid cheaper than the others on eBay, so I shall not return it. If it matters to you that "New" means new, I advise caution with this vendor.
