    Great little camera
The OM-10 is what it is... A budget priced consumer 35mm format SLR. Forget the issues about manual shutter control because the adaptor is an extra option that was offered to address that point. The camera is a street photographer's tool that works. Easy exposure and use of zone focusing makes it ideal for holiday use on the street. If you want more you can use the manual focus and manual exposure controls to do that. The OM-10 is not just easy to use but it's good at what it does. It was never designed to be a pro camera but it the right arena and right hands it delivers. Try it... You may well be surprised.

PowerShot A95 (They don't make them like that any more)
The Canon PowerShot A95 is an iconic camera and was the flagship of Canon's A series in 2004. When new the A95 would have cost about £250 in the Uk. The A95 replaced the A80 at the top of Canon's entry level market. The A95 has a 5MP sensor and 1.8" articulated screen that allows photographs to be taken from unusual angles. The camera still produces good quality images over 6yrs after it's launch. Using 'Auto mode' produces great photographs but 'manual mode' lets you get 'creative photographs' too. The reason for the good quality images is the 3x optical zoom lens F2.8-F4.9. Combine the manual option with macro + flexizone to create images of flowers you can be really proud of. Use the Av setting and 38-114mm lens to produce landscape photos that can still impress today. The A95 uses 4xAA batteries and by using NiMH the A95 becomes a good walking companion. Pros: * Quality images * Good color reproduction * Good exposure * Comprehensive range of features * Great screen * Easy to use * Good build quality * Excellent battery life (NiMH) Cons: * Very bright days can be difficult (wide dynamic range) * Slow to focus sometimes (Hunting) * No RAW mode * Noisy above ISO 200
