Then he wanted me to send the QR code confirming receipt of the package before he would send. I complied and emailed him the QR code confirming receipt of the item before shipping it. Then he wanted me to text him the QR code after I had already emailed it. By the time I saw that second request he cancelled the purchase. Now he relisted the item and is charging $70.95 for shippi
