  The seller states that they won’t be responsible for damage in transit. That is fair enough. But a seller of a china bowl should still be responsible for packing it to the best of their ability. I bought a large china bowl. It was put in a box in a plastic carrier bag with a small square of bubble wrap on one side, a flat paper bag on the other side and an old avocado tray on the other. Unsurprisingly the bowl is smashed. Don’t buy from her. She can’t be bothered to try.

  I never stated that I am not responsible and I have asked you to open a case for a refund for damage. I am more than happy to refund you for a broken bowl, but I can not do so without you opening a case. The bowl was sent in its original hard cardboard box and placed in a plastic bag.
