Works, but with odd limitations
Pros - HDMI and usb (a very uncommon combination for domestic 4-port), works on my 1920x1080
Cons - A very strange operating mode. It needs its supplied cables, and while testing these to debug its apparent failure I discovered that the HDMI part did not pass through when used direct from PC to monitor. Contacted manufacturer, who just repeated the "connect it all, get kbd and mouse on first machine working before using others" printed instructions.
In fact, the monitor and (at least) the first PC need to be powered on before the KVM is powered up. With that, if you are quick you can control options for the PC (e.g. bootloader options for multiple systems, or entering the UEFI/BIOS).
It also loses video output if the PC blanks (and sometimes during reboots). Pressing a key and cycling through the available positions usually helps, if not power cycle the KVM.
Summary: looks nice, cables exude a high-quality air, but it can drive you crazy when first learning how to use it.
I've no opinion on the front usb input for audio (haven't used it). Given the lack of other available KVMs for HDMI and usb, at least in domestic sizes, I'll give this a "it works" recommendation.

A cool little gadget
It has a fold out support (took me a while to find that) and also magnets if you wanted to fix it to a fridge door. Temperature agrees with my other thermomenters. I'm surprised how high the humidity readings are.

It does the job.
