Night time skin care calming

Great sleep aid. This is working better for me than prescription drugs.
I have bad case of insomnia for years. I take one a half hour before bedtime with 8 oz water. It seems to help me fall asleep. It's also much cheaper if you can get by on 1 pill a night. Every once in a while I try sleeping w/o taking it since I would rather sleep without taking anything. no side effects upon waking up in the morning. I'm going to buy more and probably one bottle a month from here on. Would be great to get some discounts which will help me with the monthly purchases. Thank you, I love the product.
