Solid, good value, works
sturdy enough for on stage showing off my sax and enabling me to pick it up quickly for those solos.

Perfect replacement part!
My original blender's sealing ring gasket after 15 years was starting to break down so I needed to replace it. The replacement was perfect. Arrived quickly, brand new, works perfectly. I hope to get another 10 years out of that blender. Hamilton Beach....great products.

Filter failed out of box, company refused to replace filter.
1 of 1 found this helpful Filter failed, company refused to replace filter. They did offer to replace the entire pitcher but I had already replaced the filter with one that worked from another company by the time they got back to me with the info to replace it. My new filter now filters to zero and I don't want to be without the product for any amount of time. The company DID NOTt offer to send me another pitcher/filter so that I could replace it and send the old one back. They also refused to just replace the filter. All in all this product is ALL ABOUT THE FILTER. The pitcher in any of itself is pretty flimsy but it works.
