Rooster Rules!
A follow up movie to True Grit, this western is full of what a great John Wayne western has to have: colorful dialog, good characters, shoot-outs, plenty of horses and beautiful panoramas. This may not be one of the most popular John Wayne movies, but it is certainly worth adding to your collection. I have had it in my collection for many years now. Hepburn gives a terrific performance, as does Wayne, and the story, while simple, keeps the viewer interested the whole way through. I am replacing my VHS copy with DVD, as I have worn the poor thing out!!

Good Truss System. NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED.
This is a good, solid piece of equipment. My issue is that there are NO instructions whatsoever on the proper way to assemble, raise/lower and use the unit. Sure, it may seem simple enough, and I am no slouch when it comes to building, construction, welding, carpentry, etc., but after I searched online for an hour trying to find instructions to properly assemble, I had to wing it. YouTube has 1 short video on assembling a similar unit, but it is rudimentary at best, and doesn't cover hardly anything. Then they direct you to their website, but there's nothing there except their products, no instructions. I don't know why the manufacturer won't put an instruction sheet in the box, but they should. "What's the big deal?", you say. Well, for example, the cranks to raise and lower the truss are similar in appearance to a Come-Along cable set-up, with one very apparent difference: the cranks don't have to lever to release the cog to lower it. Well, after an hour, we discovered you simply turn the crank backwards and the truss lowers. An instruction sheet would have saved a bunch of time and frustration on this issue, as well as others. An instruction sheet is worth a Star to me, so it gets 4 instead of 5.
