    Item came well packed, damage free which, without question was due to how well the seller package it and sent it with plenty of padding & showed care was taken!! Especially as coveted item spent months on wish list unable to find one so the fear of damage in transit after such a happy find, is definitely part of Sod’s Law lol!! So sellers postage perfect better than described & definitely worth the price. Definitely a seller I’n happy buying from again & have confidence their a safe seller!!

    Your pot arrived yesterday sorry for failing to fill in my feedback. It is excellent and bigger than my other two, I love it. Packaging was excellent and it is as it was described, I just didn't imagine it being bigger even though you had the measurements there.     Exactly what the description is described and I'm happy with the purchase I made all I have to mention is that Evri aka Hermes they are unprofessional and don't have a good reputation and they kept putting off delivering my parcel so I got messed about so that was a bit frustrating but has no impact on the seller though you may need to change who you sent your parcels through if this problem persists with customers
