Okay but needs tweaking and expensive considering
The metal point on mine would not stay out if you adjusted it, it slid back as soon as it touched anything. I had to put some sellotape on the backside of it so that it had a more interference fit and wouldn't slide back in so easily.
The lead holder is also pretty fiddly to use and the thread is plastic rather than metal so very easy to cross thread and fudge threads.
That said once the metal point stayed fixed it was easy to use and did a good job.

Utter garbage - don't waste your money
Utter garbage, cuts out as soon as it touches anything. Swapped batteries in case the ones supplied were flat but still the same with brand new ones.
