Aquired taste
1 of 1 found this helpful This game sucks in so many ways it can turn many away quickly. However there are a lot of good points that patient gamers will come to enjoy. This game has crummy graphics not because the developers suck, but rather because the washed out look is to convey a world with no hope. Thats why there is so much gray. The characters are fun. Swords suck in my opinion. I use dual axes (fun). The first chapter ends with you marrying a girl of your choice and depending o who you marry chapter 2 you will emerge as the son or daughter of the chapter one union. I like this game. The worlds are seemless and thats always good. Lots of little quests to keep you busy. Its an aquired taste. Some people think its horrible game and others think its really good! I give it a 7/10 overall. If your a impatient person who expects the sun moon and stars from a game then you will be disappointed but if your a patient gamer and want to get to know a new game, then you will be pleasently suprised given some time with this game. Its an aquired taste.

Unique game
Would be much better if their were more people. I noticed this game is really established; meaning if your not a high level player thats been playing for a long time then your pretty much on your own which defeats the purpose of an ONLINE GAME....
It is a difficult learning curve to learn on your own. The quests are EXTREMELY cryptic. You get hardly NO information to start on and your left rummaging through the world to complete even the smallest of quests. It can drive you to quit if you have no one to help you every now and then.
The game itself is fun to play, but if your looking for others to play with in the game, look elsewhere. It takes a long time to level if done the normal way.
If you attempt to power level you will be left with a high level character that has NO SKILL thus you are very weak. Leveling alone can be very repetitive and boring.
Im a casual gamer so i like this game, but if your looking to move through this game fast you will not like it. Not much else to say except try it for yourself.
Menu based battle system can drive you crazy, so learn to set macros! :)
