Works for some only
I imagine the theory of banding skin tags should be effective as long as you remember that two hands are needed to operate the gadget so there are lots of areas of the body where you need someone else to apply the tool. So if the skin tags requiring removal happen to be on the front of the body OK, but most are not so its a bit pointless and useless in most instances.

Good for some.
The theory with this product is sound but the practical application is circumstantial. For example it requires two free hands to operate so skin tags under arm, on the back neck shoulder or any other unreachable area if you dont have a helper is impossible
The tiny tags being transluscant are difficult to see and as they are loose in the little box easy to lose. The tags should be mounted on a small plastic pole so they can be managed easier. If you lose the tags, or drop them before you even realize they are in the box, they are expensive to replace at around£1.00 each.
I would imagine if the skin tag is in a convenient place, so easy to operate the tool then there is no reason why his product should not be safe and effective. Certainly it is well made.
