Unfortunately i stopped it for 4 years , because I was completely healed with all my stomach and heartburn problems including GERD !5 years I was well, now its started and never stop again to use it! Highly recommended, just a bit expensive for some people! Got lucky with buying last time!

That is the gift to everybody,its memory book and I think its good to use at any ages,but for children is very special gift and I think they all happy to get one .
