In the end I had to return the unit, but once again, all done with out issue, refund returned, they were very helpful throughout.

Does not fit a standard rackmount
It is not a 2U size. Can only be secured using 2 bolts in any rack. It is more like 2.5U, so no good at all for RAC mounting.
