  Initially received the wrong pram body. They did send a replacement within 48 hrs and collected the first one. Sadly I wasn’t happy with the replacement they sent . Luckily I live quite local. After a phone call and email my hubby and I went to the warehouse and collected another. Great communication throughout, can’t fault it. Big thank you to LOUISE, very patient, friendly and professional. Totally happy now … thank you 😄
