It's easy to use, although personally I find it a little heavy to manoeuvre but I'm sure this will ease with use.
Yes I think it will be reliable, purely as this is my first upgrade since buying the DCO1 back in 1990something! Already I can tell the difference in the cleaning power. Straight away my carpets looked like new! I have 4 cat's, one who has long thick hair which comes out in clumps. Straight away, it hoovered up some really ground in fur which most other vacuum cleaners wouldn't touch
No I don't think it's easy to empty at all, I have to pull "a lot!" out by hand which is totally unhygeinic and defeats the object!
