It works
It definitely reduces appetite. I started with 1 tablet twice a day, but that kept me awake at night. So I reduced to one first thing in the morning, and that has worked fine.

Very effective.
3 of 3 found this helpful It is very effective. I’ve been taking these for over a fortnight now, and can really notice the difference. My mind is much sharper; I learn quicker, and retain quicker, and better than previously. Which is wonderful considering I’m actually over pensionable age. My get up and als seems to have returned. Getting to sleep isn’t quite as instant as it used to be, but it’s a small price to at for big gains else where.
