Needed this for years
This book helps you get unstuck and quit making unwise decisions based upon what happened to you if you were raised in an abusive environment. I promise you there is hope for us to make peace with all the harm that we had to endure and turn it around and use it for our good and to have a peaceful, happy, productive life and loving relationships and not treat our own children the way we were treated.
