The listing claims pristine and with a next day delivery. Delivery took 3 days and the phone is far from pristine, with the surface on the rear of the phone being worn through. It arrived in a tatty envelope with just a USB lead which could easily have scratched the face, no box nor any other protection. Paid a premium price for what should have been a pristine phone with a premium service, neither of which were realised. Very poor.

Amazing service. I was skeptical about buying a 2nd hand phone at first but I had acquired a 2nd hand apple watch and needed an apple phone to use and set up and I was very surprised. Its like it is straight out of the box. Excellent working order and it was delivered in two working days. I am after an ipad next so if this seller had it I will defoently be buying off them again
