Don't waste your money
Pointless. If all you want to hear is "shift weight" without any instruction or hint as to what you're supposed to be doing with your hands then knock yourself out. If you actually want to get to grips with beginners tai chi, look elsewhere.

Okay but not great.
You would think that Fairtex would appreciate the need for a gym bag large enough to hold your boxing gloves, water bottle and dry T-shirt in and that doesn’t even include your hand wraps, mouth guard, sweat towel and trainers, but this is barely big enough for the gloves let alone anything else. I could have got a gym sack of the same size for £20 less than I paid for this one. I had expected better from Fairtex if I’m honest. It’s too small to be practical.
