A+ very fast turnaround
I've had my S3 for a while and don't want to get a new one -- but the power port went bad.
I sent my phone to them and it was back in my hands 5 days later and works great! They included a note apologizing for not being able to test it fully because the screen was locked, but that they turned it on and plugged it in and it was charging.
I highly recommend them!

Zyxel USG firewalls are great.
I got the USG50 for our office (6 persons) and a cable internet connection with 400mbs.
The USG50 has kept up very well, the firewall functions blocks everything so far (and we get tons of "probe" attempts). The built in VPN is fairly easy to set up so we can work remotely.
I wish Zyxel had not ended support for this USG, and we have to swap it to another model to keep the antivirus and other functions running.

Very nice and lightweight
I get a new wallet about every 2 years and after 4 months, this one is performing nicely.
