I purchased another horse at the same time which I returned as damaged in transit £200. It was really poorly packed, the box no bigger than the item, had a few stress cracks and small chips. I returned for a full refund with little problem. HOWEVER it is now relisted as perfect. !!So maybe make your own minds up. I have never in my nearly 20 years on eBay left less than positive feedback.

Best stain remover I've tried
1 of 1 found this helpful I've got a 15 month old baby who won't keep bibs on so you can imagine stains all over thing. This is by far the best I've used (and I've tried all sorts) even if it's not applied straight away it still works. Quick and easy to use just dampen the stain with water rub the stain remover stick over it and wash as normal
