The Orient Express: The History of the Orient Exp... by Burton, Anthony Hardback

Concise description of what the book is about.
Incredible amount of well researched information about the different Orient Expresses that have run over the years and the necessity of changing routes, due to the political situation in countries passed through.

Good
The film was entertaining as expected. There were a couple of minor problems: 1/ The DVD player didn’t recognise the disc, so I had to keep opening and closing the drawer before the disc was recognised. 2/ The disc wouldn’t continue from where it was left, so I had to run it through from the beginning every time.
The Wicker Man: Director's Cut DVD (2002) Edward Woodward, Hardy (DIR) cert 15

Enigmatic
What people will do to get a decent apple! The Wicker Man portrays a pagan sect living outside what most folk would consider normality, needing a good harvest after a poor one in the previous year. The film is gripping in that it mixes quaintness with quite explicit scenes. It was enjoyable from start to finish with excellent acting particularly from Edward Woodward and Christopher Lee.
