1 of 1 found this helpful The product works as it should. The instructions for installation are clear, giving appropriate links for support. This was to update my subscription but I forgot that you can update installation putting in the supplied code using the existing installation. Just be very aware that if you open installation support pages that they are genuine. There are lots that look like McAfee saying the code is accepted but you need to phone %#**. To complete. This is likely to be a scam support page. THE SUPPORT LINKS SENT BY THE SUPPLIER ARE GENUINE.
if you are renewing a subscription, you may be asked to allow it to delete the existing McAfee. This is normal and no data will be lost for ‘True Key’ if you are using that.
