Book turned up with old food on it

I’ve had 2 books now turn up with old food all over the pages and front. I was refunded for one and am awaiting a message regarding the other. Also one book hasn’t turned up. I would not recommend this company which is a shame as last year I bought all my sons books from here and there were spotless
