Best Fitness Book I have bought
Fantastic Book!!
It certainly does what it says and gets you fit fast. Because the workouts are in 2 weekly sets, I am doing Week 1, then Week 2, then Week 1 and Week 2 again before I move onto Week 3 and Week 4 and repeat the same process. I am monitoring my results and can see the difference the second time around and I can then progress much easier when I get to the next 2 weeks, and the next, and so on.
I love how varied this workout is! You could stick with this workout all year and just keep going back to the beginning and recording your new results.
I have bought many fitness books and this has to be my absolute favourite one :-)

Best eye make-up remover EVER!
I’ve tried all the expensive brands and a couple of the cheaper ones which compared to this one, are rubbish. This is the best by a mile. You need to use a tiny bit on a cotton bud and it completely removes your eye make-up in a stroke! Massively recommend this. Oil-free too if you have fake lashes 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great product
Love these lights. There are 4 different light options on each. I love that I can simply recharge them when needed instead of new batteries. Would highly recommend as they also arrived within the time promised.
