Wobble balance board for ankle injury. Fantastic to move your ankle gently in all directions.
I broke my fibula and had to have syndemosis stabilisation tightrope surgery on my ankle 2 and a half months ago. Since coming out of a cast and an airboat I have had very limited movement in my ankle. Someone spoke to me about a wobble board so I purchased this wobble balance board and now 3 days later I already have more movement. Excellent tool to gently move your ankle In all directions. Highly recommend.
