White Paper Lamp Shade 30cm Paper Lantern

Looks good when up, just be careful

Really good and though they don't look expensive it covers the light bulb and gives off a more ambient light than just a naked bulb. Its perhaps not something that you'd be proud to show of, but it looks good and a lot better than nothing. You've got to be careful as you have to stretch the shade out (it comes flat) and fit a metal support into it to hold its shape. I can imagine it breaking quite easily if this is rushed. It is paper after all. You also have to hook it onto the light cable in such a way that it is supported on both sides to essentially 'grab' onto the cable. One of my hooks snapped as I was trying to adjust it for a slightly thicker cable but it still works ok. Overall I am very pleased with this item.
