Let down by wrong instructions!
It's a decent end result and a great 'solution', but how would a company justify sending out a product that clearly has had holes drilled in the wrong place for the hinges, making it useless without a customer investigating and altering to make it right? especially when many other earlier reviews have already alerted them to the mistake? Even an enclosed 'amendment' slip would be appreciated! It takes about 5 times longer to build than it should, and you need to be savvy about it too.

Good idea let down by inferior adhesive tape
Good idea but let down by the fundamental lack of adhesion of the holding tape. Didn’t last holding a remote more than 1 hour when the base holder was stuck to either the back of tv ( lightly textured plastic) or the tile on the kitchen wall, or the inside of a flat wooden kitchen cupboard unit. Only the very lightweight SkyQ remote remains of the 3 remotes, on inside of said smooth wooden door. Neither did the tape secure itself to the (presumably coated?) surface of two of the remotes. My intention is to drill tiny holes for tiny screws to hold the other 2 slightly heavier remotes. Maybe that option could be included in the future? Or maybe a GorillaTape-quality double sided tape would do the trick?
