Worth buying? Yes!
I bought this to help with plantar fasciitis. It has improved with using it once a day for 10 minutes on the high setting. The pain hasn’t gone away completely after a month of using it but it has definitely improved and I can now walk 4 miles and the next day it is tender but ok. It seems expensive to buy it but I had tried 3 shock treatments at a foot clinic and each session cost more than this product so felt it was worth trying. I’ve had heel pain for 6 months so was feeling desperate for a cure. Yes, I recommend it but the right insoles and shoes are just as important.
