Hard worked for money wasted
I can not make it work. it is made for people who are able to understand tech issues. I am 81 I could not get any assistance from Lumen I could not return it as it was a gift hence No Paperwork. When my 55yr old daughter visited with her husband 53yr and 23yr old daughter and 17yr old son NON of them could make it work. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Will throw and swallow the loss. LUMEN are not a customer supporting company. From my experience I can NOT recommend this product
