Don't miss this one!
If you're a jazz fan, pick this one up. It is quite outstanding in every detail, wonderful and original compositions, great orchestra at the hands of a master, and soloists who, with complete mastery over their instruments, are instantly recognisable - Johnny Hodges, Harry Carney, Clark Terry, Cat Anderson, and so on. I said 'if you're a jazz fan, pick this one up', because if you're an Ellington fan you will already have it. And you won't get a better price for a top work of art than this. So buy it.

A truly Wonderful Story
This is a wonderful story brilliantly told by a fabulous writer. Buy it and read it, and then like me you'll buy it for others.

This is a beautiful book for these times.
1 of 1 found this helpful At a time like this in the world, where we're all beset with the misery of Covid-19 and cannot trust the poltical leaders of the UK and the US, well here's a gentle book, full of wonderful, tender little sketches of a young boy growing up one summer in America. Make no mistake, there are one or two scary parts among the beautiful written stories, but for the main you have an opening of the eyes of a 12 year-old-boy to the beauty of the world and of life. Ah, I wish I were you, and had yet to discover the wonder within Ray Bradbury's Dandelion Wine for the first time.
