It works but has charging issues/will not fully charge
1 of 1 found this helpful I like the item and yeah it does work, however it does not charge all the way or does not hold its charge long. I plugged it in it charges to about 4 dots out of 5, only. It came in new box and packaging yet it acts as if it is a used item with a battery issue or something. It does charge my iphone ok I just never get full charge from it so of course then it lasts less time than it’s meant to. Also once charged you cannot carry it for days unused it loses charge. That is not supposed to be the case. It is easy to use however I don’t understand how to use the solar feature part and it does not tell you how. Do you set it in the sun? Charge it in Wall and the solar will work too? I don’t get it. I will use it but am going to need to buy another charger too due to these battery charge issues. Like in my photo it has 3 bright blue lights not 5 full charged lights even after plugging it in for awhile. I’d ask for exchange but it’s a hassle here I live really. I will use it best I can.
