  The company gave me good advice. The pens came the way the preview picture showed. The pens work well. Pens are cheaper than other companies but the standard is great. No need to doubt the standard because they are cheap. I received information on the delivery status while waiting for the product. So no worries there too. Don't expect to get replies to emails instantly. You will get replies but it may be hours later. Just be patient. It is worth the wait.
