Not for me. Strong, unpleasant smell. No pain relief. Expensive.

I tried the product once on my painful shoulder. The smell felt awful to me (very medicalised and reminiscent of TCP) and lingered on my clothes until the next day - the smell only disappeared when I washed the -shirt. I didn't feel any benefit or pain relief. I gave the roll-on to a friend who was going to try it on her knees; I don't know how she got on with it.
