Water based, non-irritating, and effective

At retail price, this cream is ridiculously expensive. BUT, at ebay prices it is amazing. It is lightweight and moisturizes all day, has reduced my fine lines over the 6 months I've been using it, and is one of only 2 moisturizers I've ever found that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and rosacea.
